Dr. Michael Gavin

Endontist

Dr. Michael K. Gavin graduated from University of Minnesota, School of Dentistry (UMN) in 1973. He joined the United States Public Health Service (USPHS) department, through which he provided services to the Gallup Indian Hospital in Gallup, NM. During his general practice residency, Dr. Gavin treated Native-Americans of the Navajo, Zuni, and Hopi tribes. He later returned to UMN where he completed his Endodontic Residency and earned a Masters Degree in 1996. 

Dr. Gavin practiced in Fargo, ND for thirteen years, before relocating to San Diego in 1990. He has two lovely daughters, Molly and Erin. His leisure time revolves around his two-quarter horses, as well as, reading historical novels.

Dr. Danesh went to Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA  where he completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency.  Went to Univ. Med. & Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) where he did his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Internship and graduated from LOMA LINDA SCHOOL OF DENTISTRY, Loma Linda, CA in May 2006

He has received  the American Academy of Orofacial Pain Award in May 2006 from Loma Linda School of Dentistry

and was on the Dean’s List in Loma Linda School of Dentistry 2005-2006

He is affiliated  with the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association and California Dental Association.
